Day 1 – Sarajevo
After arrival at the Sarajevo International Airport you will meet our profesional licensed tour guide.
- Departure to hotel and check in
- Transfer to local restaurant for lunch
- Get in touch with the city from panorama Trebević
- Taste the sweets of Baščaršija
- Dinner at hotel
Day 2 – Sarajevo
After breakfast we will start Sarajevo history tour;
- Visit Kovači Martyr's cemetery and the grave of first president of Bosnia and Herzegovina Alija Izetbegović
- Walking city tour
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- Visit to the museum of City of Sarajevo
- Take opportunity to shop in Bazaar
- Dinner at hotel
Day 3 – Sarajevo
After breakfast we will start Sarajevo war and nature tour;
- Visit Vrelo Bosne, the source of the Bosna River, with lovely lakes full of fish and swans and small green islands.
- Visit the Tunnel of Hope. While there we will watch a short movie about the War in Sarajevo and the Tunnel, followed by going through the Tunnel itself. At the exhibition part of the museum we will have the opportunity to see many interesting exhibits directly connected with the Siege of Sarajevo.
- Lunch at Bjelašnica mountain
- Visit famous Igman mountain War Mosque built by the soldiers on their own initiative, in pauses between regular defense missions.
- Dinner at hotel
Day 4 – Konjic
After breakfast transfer to small town of Konjic
- Full day Neretva rafting adventure !
- Treat yourself with barbecue on the Neretva river
- Transfer back to Sarajevo
- Dinner at local restaurant
Day 5 – Sarajevo (Lukomir village)
After breakfast transfer to the village of Lukomir
- Highest altitude and most remote village in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1495m)
- Meet Bosnia's traditional way of life
- Hiking
- Lunch at the top of Bjelašnica mountain (lunch box)
- Dinner at hotel
Day 6 – Herzegovina tour
After breakfast we will start our beatiful journey to Herzegovina
- Journey through a beautiful green and mountainous countryside and through the famous Bosnia Tunnel, passing from Bosnia to Herzegovina
- Take opportunity to buy local produce such as honey, cheese and pomegranates along the route
- Visit the ancient town of Konjic on the Neretva River
- Visit Mostar with its beautiful old town and famous Stari Most bridge – a UNESCO World Heritage Site
- Visit the 400 year old Sufi tekkiya at Blagaj located by the the stunning source of the Buna Spring
- Visit to the historic town of Pocitelj- a UNESCO heritage site with artist colony and great architecture
- Visit Kravice waterfalls, a miracle of nature in Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Lunch and dinner will be at one of the many exqusite riverside restaurants located along the route where we will enjoy grilled meats or fish
- Return to Sarajevo, overnight in Sarajevo
Day 7 – Prokoško lake
After breakfast transfer to Fojnica;
- Visit the Franciscan monastery of the Holy Spirit in Fojnica and find out turbulent history of Bosnia and Herzegovina and how did Bosniak's become muslims.
- Prokoško lake, the hidden paradise you need to explore
- Hiking
- Lunch at 1636 a.s.l
- Dinner at local restaurant in Sarajevo
Day 8 – Travnik and Jajce day trip
After breakfast we will depart from the hotel heading west by road to the Central Bosnia region:
- Visit the village of Ahmići and its war memorial
- Visit the city of Travnik known as the Ottoman Vizier Town
- Visit city of Jajce which was the capital of the Independent Kingdom of Bosnia
- Enjoy the view of beautiful Pliva Lakes and Pliva Waterfall as they are two of the most impressive natural landscapes in central Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Lunch and dinner will be at one of the many exqusite riverside restaurants located along the route where we will enjoy grilled meats or fish
- Return to Sarajevo, overnight in Sarajevo
Day 9 – Sarajevo
After breakfast we will check out from the hotel
- Depending on the return flight we will have free time for shoping and souvenirs at Baščaršija
